    Intellectual Law Review (ILRE) adalah jurnal akses terbuka dan jurnal peer-review yang bertujuan untuk menawarkan platform akademik internasional untuk penelitian hukum lintas batas dalam berbagai kebijakan pemerintahan dan hukum hak-hak sipil, khususnya di negara berkembang. Ini mungkin termasuk tetapi tidak terbatas pada berbagai bidang seperti hukum perdata, hukum pidana, hukum tata negara dan administrasi, hukum adat, hukum agama, hukum internasional, pemerintahan pluralisme hukum, dan bagian lain yang terkait dengan isu-isu kontemporer dalam keilmuan hukum.

    Penulis diundang untuk menyerahkan naskah yang termasuk dalam ruang lingkup Kajian Intellectual Law Review (ILRE). Silakan baca informasi tentang proses peer-review. Artikel-artikel yang diterbitkan di Intellectual Law Review (ILRE) akan melalui proses peer-review double-blind. Dengan demikian, keputusan diterima atau tidaknya artikel ilmiah tersebut, menjadi hak Dewan Redaksi berdasarkan rekomendasi peer reviewer.

    Harap baca dan pahami pedoman penulis untuk naskah persiapan. Penulis yang mengirimkan naskah ke editor harus mematuhi pedoman dan template penulis. Jika naskah yang dikirimkan tidak sesuai dengan pedoman atau menggunakan format yang berbeda, maka akan ditolak oleh tim redaksi sebelum ditinjau. Tim redaksi hanya akan menerima naskah yang memenuhi persyaratan format yang ditentukan.

    Artikel-artikel ini terbit setahun tiga kali (Januari, April, dan September).

    Islamic Intellectual Economy and Business (IIEB) is an open-access and peer-reviewed journal that aims to provide an international academic platform for research and discourse in the fields of Islamic economics and Sharia-based business practices, particularly in developing and emerging countries. The journal covers a broad range of topics, including but not limited to Islamic finance, Sharia-compliant entrepreneurship, Islamic banking, halal industry management, waqf and zakat economics, Islamic economic governance, and other contemporary issues related to the development of intellectual and ethical economic systems based on Islamic values.

    Authors are invited to submit manuscripts that fall within the scope of Islamic Intellectual Economy and Business (IIEB). Please read the information regarding the peer-review process carefully. All articles published in Islamic Intellectual Economy and Business (IIEB) undergo a double-blind peer-review process. Therefore, the decision to accept or reject a manuscript is the sole right of the Editorial Board, based on the recommendations provided by the reviewers.

    Authors are required to read and follow the author’s guidelines carefully before submitting their manuscripts. Any submission that does not adhere to the specified guidelines or formatting requirements will be returned or rejected by the editorial team prior to review. Only manuscripts that meet the formatting and submission standards will be processed for publication.

    This journal is published twice a year (December and May).
